Return & Refund Policy

Home Return & Refund Policy

At Aeroedge Training & Placement, we are committed to maintaining transparency regarding admissions, course fees, and refund procedures. By enrolling in any course offered by the Institute, students agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Aeroedge Training & Placement provides educational, training, internship assistance, and placement support services. As these are service-based offerings, physical product returns are generally not applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees shall ordinarily be non-refundable:

  • Registration Fee
  • Admission Processing Fee
  • Uniform Charges
  • Study Material Charges
  • Examination Fees
  • Certification Charges
  • Practical Training Charges already utilized
  • Drone Flying Charges already utilized

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Institute. Any refund, if approved, shall be subject to management review and applicable administrative deductions.

  • Refund requests must be supported with valid reasons.
  • Refund approval shall remain solely at the discretion of the Institute management.
  • Administrative and operational expenses may be deducted before processing refunds.

4. No Refund Conditions

Refunds shall not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • After commencement of classes or course activities.
  • After attending practical sessions or internship programs.
  • Voluntary withdrawal without prior written notice.
  • Absenteeism or failure to attend classes.
  • Disciplinary suspension or termination.
  • Non-placement, salary dissatisfaction, or recruiter rejection.
  • Market conditions affecting employment opportunities.

5. Batch Transfers

Students may request transfer to another batch subject to seat availability and management approval.

  • Administrative charges may apply.
  • Batch transfers are not guaranteed.
  • Approval depends on operational feasibility.

6. Course Cancellation by Institute

Aeroedge Training & Placement reserves the right to postpone, modify, merge, or cancel any batch due to operational requirements, insufficient enrollment, faculty availability, or other circumstances.

  • Students may be shifted to another available batch.
  • Eligible refunds, if any, may be processed at management discretion.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refund requests shall generally be processed within 30 to 60 working days from the date of approval.

8. Placement Disclaimer

Aeroedge Training & Placement provides placement assistance only. The Institute does not guarantee employment, airline selection, salary packages, or recruiter acceptance. No refund claims shall be entertained based on placement outcomes.

9. Changes to Policy

The Institute reserves the right to revise, modify, or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
