For nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of working across the aviation industry in India and overseas, witnessing firsthand how aviation transforms lives, creates opportunities, and connects people to a world of possibilities.

Throughout my journey, I met thousands of talented young individuals with ambition, determination, and potential. Yet, I repeatedly saw one common challenge—many had the ability to succeed but lacked the right guidance, industry exposure, and career direction to turn their aspirations into reality.

That realization became the foundation of AeroEdge. I founded AeroEdge with a simple but powerful vision: to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity.
